Yeah, if you have an OTG cable from officeworks or something the bluetooth keyboard should work a treat.
Why do you need WiFi on the system, there are other ways to install games from memory if thats the reason.

Yeah I only want more games and emulators if you could show me the easiest way I would really appreciate it.

You ought to be able to plug a USB/microSD card in with ROM’s like in the doc page here: Transferring Roms - RetroPie Docs
