I have no idea when it comes to the world electronics. So I am hoping to be pointed in the right direction in terms of what products and steps I need to create a product.
I would like to create a wearable pressure sensor (and possibly temperature) that is wirelessly powered. It will send out data to an app via bluetooth. The data would be really basic.

This can likely be easily achieved using a small ESP32 device and a BME280 (or preferably a BME680).
For ease of use, I would suggest using a Xiao ESP32C6 as it has an integrated battery management system to allow the device to be battery powered. It is also a low-power device and that makes it perfect for a wearable device.
