Note: 64MP is compatible with the Raspberry Pi 4 and CM4. Other boards (Pi 2/3/CM3/Zero) will run at 16MP.
if so what is the minimum memory requirement

Unfortunately, when I’ve tried to look up the specs for this module, they haven’t included a minimum memory requirement.
Presumably this is because the device was designed specifically for the Pi series which has known RAM specs for each model. It must have been easier to specify which devices it worked with rather than defining minimum memory requirements.
