CAN-BUS Shield Strange Output in Serial Monitor

Hi there, I’m using the Seeed CAN-BUS Shield V2.0 on an Arduino UNO to try to read a CAN signal, however I’m getting the following output when I hook it up and run the provided example scripts for reading.

Any ideas on what might be wrong, or whether it’s more likely to be a software or hardware issue?

Hey Michael,

It appears that you’ve got the wrong baud rate set, if you switch the 50000000 to 115200 then you should see the output correctly. I’m not sure what’s causing it to change part way. The only way I could replicate that was manually switching.
