HC-06 State pin

Hi
Is the state pin connected on the HC-06, or do you need to break into pin 24?

Hi Jon,

Looks like the state pin is connected to a status LED, but not broken out on our modules:

You could either solder a small wire to the SMD LED leg (tricky) or work out which pin on the green module is STATE and solder to it. Looks like that’s likely pin 31 or 32:
