Help me fix this monstrosity:)

Hi,

As the tittle suggests could someone suggest how to fix this monstrosity :slight_smile:

So I have a rpi4 in pibow case with fan shim. On top of that I want to put my mini pitft screen. I need to use a stacking header to put some space between the fan and screen… but as you can see it’s a little too much space.

Can anyone suggest a solution? I’ve heard cutting the pins isn’t an option?

Hi Marcos,

If you don’t want to cut the pins the best option is to use some standoffs such as those found in the kit that I’ve linked below (if you can measure the spacing and the appropriate dimensions then you should be able to get the standoffs individually.
