Hi Alan,
Looks like it’s a PCB for a standard 1602 (or 16 Characters x 2 Lines), though the mounting points at the edge are unusual.
We’ve got quite a few different LCD displays - do you have any more detail about the actual screen (eg. colour / backlight)? And where you’re trying to use it?

Thank you for your reply. The screen is off a sliding gate control board. The original was backlight and colour was black and green but not fussed on colours. Also please note the location of the ribbon cable is the top of the screen
