Hi, I am looking for an on/off switch to power DC5.5 V for a LED backlight. Can this be used for turning a LED on/off?
Hey @Hiroshi148080! This is a momentary switch - that means you would need to press and hold it for the LED to stay on.
For something that works more like a traditional light-switch, have a look at:
Slide switches
Rocker switches
Toggle switches
If you’re dead-set on a ‘push’ switch, look for anything that says “on/off” or “latching” in pushbutton-switches
