Hi Rudi,

It looks like you’ve updated your post with a screenshot, but can you please show us a photo of how you’ve got it connected up and powered?

This error message indicates that software cannot communicate with your printer driver board but there are quite a few possible causes so we need to narrow it down a bit first.

Thanks Oliver,

After many hours of frustration – I changed the baud rate from Auto to 115kB – this seems to have fixed the problem.

Is there a detailed manual available for the CR20 with spare parts and maintenance/setup instructions ?

Hi Rudi,

I have had a look for Creality official documentation, the best that I could find was the included instruction manual which can also be found here: https://www.3dprima.com/?ActionCall=WebActionDownloadDocument&Params[itemId]=23631&Params[documentId]=450

Due to Creality printers mostly being hobby-grade there is a ton of documentation over on YouTube (have a look at MakersMuse and 3D printing nerd just to name a couple).
The best way to figure out the in’s and out’s of your printer would be to tinker with it and find the sweet spot for each filament and desired output.

Let us know how you go!

Cheers,
Liam.
