I’m in urgent need to source this part so we can build some of our access control equipment.
I was wondering if you have this item or something similar we could use?
This is to be plugged into a PCB/ USB Power Board.

Welcome to the forum! No worries, I can’t tell off the top of my head, but if you’ve got the pitch of the connection that may give us a better idea.
Also, what was the connection originally being used for/came from? We may be able to find it based on the schematics of the original device or get in touch with the original manufacturer.

That almost seems to be a Deutsch connector, but without seeing the mating surfaces of both ends, it’s hard to tell (plus a few details from your image seem to be off)
Keen to find out what this is once we’ve got some better images and pitch info as Bryce said

Yep, that’s a Deutsch, just with that extra bright orange part.
This seems like a match:
I couldn’t find the exact receptacle you’ve got (with those two slits in it) but you should have a pretty good starting point
