Hello,
Can you tell me what the voltage is for the MP3 Trigger SKU: WIG-13720 please ?

Hello John,

Typically the board operates with an Input Voltage Range: 4.5V to 12.0V DC via the barrel jack although if you solder the bridge in the bottom left of the photo below you can run it at 3.3V instead:

The Trigger inputs have a logic level 3.3V–5.0V which is fairly typical for most hobby microcontrollers. If you’re unsure about compatibility with your board/battery/PSU feel free to shoot through a post and we should be able to check it for you. All the best with your project!

Thanks Bryce,

But I am after the voltage on the output, not the input.

I am trying to work out resistances on the next device in the line so I have a physical volume adjustment for the MP3 Trigger.

Ah no worries,

It doesn’t appear to be listed on the datasheet that I’ve got for it.

It may be worth getting in touch with Sparkfun, they may have more information about it than we do:

If there’s anything else that we can help you with please let me know. Enjoy your weekend!
