I’m new to all this electronic stuff but I’m starting out by replacing a battery in my Hema GPS.
Can anyone tell me where I could find a PT103759 battery to suit ?

As Graham mentioned above the 2000mAh one we stock is a match for the HN7, if you have a different GPS model, measure up the size of the battery cavity and let us know the dimensions. We have a few options and we can try and figure out what’s going to fit best!
