Raspberry Pi 3 A+ with case and HAT

Hi team,

Is it possible to attach the “Adafruit RFM69HCW Transceiver Radio Bonnet - 868 or 915 MHz” to a Raspberry Pi 3 A+ while using a case? I saw two possibilities:
i) use the slim case and have the bonnet on the outside of the case, or
ii) use the official case with the bonnet inside the case.

Are you able to confirm if either of these options is possible without the need for additional parts or soldering?

Hi Andrew,

I would recommend using the slim case in this situation. The acrylic is only 3mm thick so you should be able to use it without any adjustment. But if that isn’t the case you can use these stackable headers to increase the pin height on the Pi with that case.
