Raspberry Pi Zero Unable to detect externally powered USB Drive

Raspberry Pi unable to detect my externally powered 2 TB external hard disk drive.
The power supply works, the external disk drive is not NTFS.
The USB drive work on both Windows and Mac.

I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Hi Anand,

Start by checking to see if you can see the drive in the /media directory

You may need to manually mount the disk to access it. Let me know if its in the /media directory first though.
