I would like some heelp in creating a object model using my 3d printer. I have cocoon 3D printer touch. And i am using cura as my software. My main problem is when i am downloading a 3d object model and trying to print it, its not creating the base of the 3d object. Can you please suggest me how to use it.

Hi Sai,
If the extruder is purged (filament is ready to extrude the moment it starts) then the short answer is “I don’t know”. It would be useful to attach the STL file, along with screenshots of your settings.
With that said, it might be best to engage the OEM directly given most people @Core have experience with LulzBot machines.
