Pijuice tall case and touchscreens

I just discovered the pijuice tall case https://core-electronics.com.au/pijuice-tall-case.html
Can it accommodate a touchscreen hat - 2.8" or 3.5" that you sell?

What about the 4" https://core-electronics.com.au/touch-hyperpixel-4-0-hi-res-display-for-raspberry-pi.html. If not, can spacers or something be removed so the screen sits just outside the box perhaps?

Hi Andy,

The smaller display have a smaller footprint than the pi itself, and so would sit down inside the case. If you want to put a screen above the case, then you might be able to use something like these:

And I would use the PiJuice Short Case:

Ideally I would sit the display inside the case for a seamless “box” experience, with the screen flush with the top of the case - only popping the screen outside if I really need to. Good option there with the stacking header, will keep that in mind.

Assuming I am stacking pi + pijuice hat + touchscreen hat:

  • Presumably the 2.8" would fit inside the case (width) - though surely I would need the tall case?
  • Will your 3.5" display fit inside the case (width)? tall case?
  • Will your 4" display fit inside the case (width)? It looks like it just might? tall case?

I think the 2.8" MIGHT fit inside. The others will not fit.
