When I try to boot up retropie it just displays a blank white screen.
I think it was because of the preloaded SD card.
I’m not sure if it was formatted right.
Need some help here…

Hey! Welcome to the forum!
Have you tried booting up your Pi with no SD card inserted? You should see some messages from the bootloader in that case, confirming that it’s a software issue. If you don’t, it might be worth looking at things down the chain like cables or screens. What sort of display have you got it hooked up to?
